The Choir forms an integral part of
every program of the college. The
year begins with auditions for the
Choir. The first year students as well
as those who wish to sing from the
other two years are encouraged to
join the College Choir. Students who
can play an instrument accompany
the choir. The Choir meets regularly
for practice during the activity hour
on Fridays.
Hymns and special songs are
selected in relevance to the theme of
the program. The Degree students
come together forming a strong 30 -
40 voice choir for St. Peter’s Day,
Investiture and Christmas Program.
They take part in Inter-collegiate
competitions and programs bringing
recognition and laurels to our
college.

Report 2015-16
The Choir forms an integral part of every program of the college. The year began with auditions for the Choir. Students from all the three years enrolled themselves for the auditions and 25 students were selected. This year the choir was trained by Mr. Richard Nathaniel, Director, Bangalore Men’s Ensemble and CSI Kothanur Church Choir. The Choir met regularly for practice during the activity hour on Fridays.
Hymns and special songs were selected in relevance to the theme of the program. The PUC and the Degree students came together forming a strong 30 voice choir for St. Peter’s Day, Investiture and Christmas Program. They also took part in a number of inter-collegiate competitions and programs.

TheChoir forms an integral part of every program of the college. The year began with auditions in the month of July. Students from all the three years enrolled themselves for the auditions and 30 students were selected. The Choir met regularly for practice during the activity hour on Fridays.
Hymns and special songs were selected in relevance to the theme of a program. The PUC and the Degree Choir students came together for special programs - St. Peter’s Day, Investiture, Gospel Fest andChristmas. The highlight of the year was the 40 member strong choir for the Christmas Program with the theme “When Love was Born”. With soulful solos, duets and quartets, the choir enthralled the audience.
The Choir also took part in a number of Inter-Collegiate competitions and programs.
Report 2017-18
The Choir took part in a number of Inter-Collegiate competitions and programs and won the following prizes. The College Choir won the I place in ‘Vernacular Singing’ and III Place in ‘Western Solo’ at East Parade Church. They also won the ‘over runner up trophy’ in the competition. At the Vincent Palotti Christmas Choral Competition, our College Choir won the II prize with a cash award of Rs. 5000/.
